Lately we have been talking about letting the kids take over the kitchen during the Summer holidays! It will get messy, but focus on the fun bit :)
As parents, you can teach your children from a really young age the importance of nutrition, healthy eating habits and how to prepare food in a safe way. There are lots of simple tasks they can be involved in to help prepare daily meals like putting salad into bowls or mixing ingredients and it’s a great way to spend some time with them.

If you haven't seen our latest post about Sophia, she has a sweet tooth and if we entertained, she would have treats from morning til night. This is why for her, smoothies in the morning are such a good compromise...she gets something sweet and mummy is happy that she's had a nutritious breakfast. Her mum decided to try adding some of the Purition chocolate powder to her smoothie and she was over the moon at the thought of chocolate for breakfast!
