Peanut Butter Hummus

Peanut butter and hummus are two of our favourite ingredients and definite staples in our kitchen, but what about combining the two? ...mmm YES! Rebecca from @munch.abunch created this 5 ingredient easy recipe, perfectly paired with our favourite Deliciouslly Ella Beetroot Crackers. Here's how you can make it,

All you need is:

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained
  • 30g peanut butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Method

  1. Addd all ingredients (except olive oil) to a blender and give them a good mix
  2. Add olive oil slowly while blender is on
  3. Blend until desired consistency (if too thick, add some water)
  4. ENJOYwith some Veggy crackers for the perfect Snack!
