Purition Almond Twister

• 4 scoops Purition Almond flavour 
• 250ml of Milk (Almond/Oat/Coconut or Skimmed)
• 200g of Blackberries or frozen berries

• 4 Scoops of Almond Wholefood Protein
• 250ml of Milk (Almond or Skimmed)
• 1/2 Mango + Ice









 Prition Macademia & Vanilla Protein Shake

• 4 Scoops of Mac&Vanilla wholefood protein
• 250ml of Milk (Almond, Coconut or Skimmed)

• 1/2 cup of Natural Oats
• Optional : Cinnamon, 1/2 banana, peanut butter

• 4 Scoops of Mac&Vanilla wholefood protein
• 250ml of Milk (Almond or Skimmed)
• 1/2 banana or some strawberries

Purition Pistacchio

• 4 scoops Purition Pistacchio flavour
• 250ml of Milk (Almond or Oat)
• Optional :1/2 banana, greek youghurt or oats

• 4 scoops of Pistacchio wholefood ptotein
• 200ml of water
• 2 tablespoons of Greek Youghurt
• 1 banana / 1/2 Avocado

 Purition Chocolate Protein Shake

• 4 Scoops Purition Chocolate flavour
• 200ml of Water/Milk
• 1 Tablespoon of greek youghurt
• 1 teaspoon of Peanut butter
• Optional: Oats and banana

• 4 scoops Purition Chocolate flavour
• 250ml of Milk (Almond or skimmed)
• Frozen Berries
• Baby Spinach

Purition Coconut Protein Shake

• Frozen Pineapple and 1 Banana

1/2 cup Greek Youghurt

• 4 Scoops of Raw vegan hemp wholefood protein 

• 250ml of Almond/ Coconut or Oat Milk
