Purition Oat bars

This is a great Breakfast idea or snack. Low in sugar, high in protein & fibre, gluten free and super tasty :)

Ingredients

1 Apple - pealed and chopped

4 scoops of Purition
1 1/2 cups of organic Oats
Chopped Almonds
Some Flex Seeds
2 table spoons of Honey
Some Raisons
Cinnamon
2 egg whites

Method

Preheat oven to 160 degrees, mix everything in a bowl, place in a baking tray, and bake for 30 minutes. Leave to cool, and cut into rectangular bars. Done! :)
