With super ingredients like oats, flax, dates and apple with a hint of cinnamon, this nutrient-dense snack tastes delicious and is so quick to make. The fibre in oats, beta-glucan, has been shown to lower cholesterol. Consuming at least 3g of oat beta-glucan daily can significantly lower cholesterol levels. Also contains omega-3 loaded, heart-friendly flaxseed.  

5 minutes to make, and only 20 minutes to cook. Just add: coconut oil or sunflower oil and eggs (or grated apple if making vegan muffins).

This mix is free from dairy and gluten. No added sugar, high in fibre. Vegan & vegetarian.
