3 Tips to help your child stay hydrated.

It’s not always easy to stay on track with everything the little ones are up to, especially when we’re not around them. These are 3 tips how you can have kids drink enough water during their fun filled days.

1. Educate your child

Let them know that our bodies are made up of about 70% water. They should also know how much they should be drinking, that is to have atleast 4-6 glasses of water a day. 

2. Get a cute water bottle for them.

Encourage them to carry their water bottle everywhere they go. Take special attention to hydration before, during and after exercise and encourage them to drink more during such activities. Also, be a good role model for them

3. Make their drink tasty but healthy

Not all kids like to drink plain water. Make it tasty and colourful by adding different pieces of fresh fruit and herbs in their water.
