Cacao is treasured around the world for its delicious flavour and renowned health benefits. Here are some of our favourite recipes using Aduna cacoliscious and organic Super Cacao powder.
1) Healthy Super-Cacao Nutella
This recipe is literally to die for! Apart from being delicious, it is super healthy; free from dairy and refined sugar or any other unnecessary ingredient found in regular nutella. It including just 3 ingredients and here is how you make it:
2 tbsp Aduna Super-Cacao Powder
3 cups (approx. 400g) raw hazelnuts
2 tbsp maple syrup or honey*
1/2 tsp salt (optional)
*Note, the more sweetener you add, the thicker/stiffer the Nutella will be.
Roast the hazelunts in a baking tray for approx 12 minutes, remove from the over and leave to cool. Transfer to a large tea towel and use your hands to roll the nuts around and remove the skins (doesn't have to be perfect). Leave the excess skin behin, plae the nuts in a food processor and blend until runny (may take up to 10 minutes).
Add the Super-Cacao Powder, maple syrup or honey and salt (if using) and blend again. It will thicken up at first but keep blending and it will smooth out.
Transfer to a jar and store at room temperature.
3) Super Cacao Coconut Water
With only 3 ingredients, this drink is 100% natural and super tasty! It's also rich in protein, electrolytes and flavanols, making it a perfect post-workout refresher.INGREDIENTS:
2-3 tsp Aduna Super Cacao powder,
1 cup coconut water
pinch of salt (optional)
METHOD: Shake together all ingredients in a bottle or alternatively, add to a blender and blend until smooth. Serve chilled.
3) Super Cacao Bliss Balls
Sweetend with only fruit, rich in chocolatey flavour and full of nutritious nuts and oats, these Super Cacao Bliss balls are the perfect go-to healthy snack
1/4 cup Aduna Super-Cacao powder
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp oats
1 cup pitted dates
1/4 cup raisins (or more dates)
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Add all the ingredients in a food processor except cacao nibs until the mixture clumps together. Add the cacao nibs and pulse briefly. Roll the mixture into balls and store in the fridge!
4) Cacao - Mango Overnight Oats
Overnight oats is the perfect solution for your grab and go breakfast! This Super cacao & mango version is one of our favourites.
1 tbsp Aduna Super-Cacao Powder
1/2 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup non-dairy milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp-1 tbsp maple syrup
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup diced fresh mango
Mix all the ingredients the night before, except the mango and toppings, in a borl or jar. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning top up with fresh mangoes and some extra toppings.
5) Raw Vanilla & Raspberry Chocolate Bark

15g Aduna Super-Cacao Powder
1 tsp vanilla bean powder
30g melted cacao butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
To top (optional):
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and spread the mixture out on a plate or baking tray lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with your favourite toppings and place in the freezer to set for at least 10 minutes. Store in the fridge
