Purition Energy Balls

Energy balls are pretty much the perfect snack on the go. It only takes about 10 minutes to makes a batch of balls. Try them out and let us know how they taste!

Ingredients

1 cup peanuts and almonds (you can use any nut, like pecans or walnuts)

2 scoops Purition Almond Flavours (for extra protein)

2 table spoons flax seeds (optional)

1 tablespoon coconut flakes (optional)

3 tablespoons coconut oil

1 cup prunes 

 Method

Place all ingredients in a food processor and whizz until they are sticky.

Grab a handful of the mixture and roll into balls.

There you go! Your perfect snack on the go :)

You can leave them to set in the fridge or if you want them to last you longer, place in the freezer.
