Loaded with fresh ingredients, this creamy avocado dip is a healthy snack you'll crave and love! This is our version of Guacamole and we have found it's perfect companion - the crispiest chickpea & paprika crackers!
For the guacamole all you need is:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 small chillis
- 1 onion
- a handful of fresh coriander
- 1 lime
- Salt
- Scoop the avocados out of their skins, removing the stones.
- Place the avocados into a bowl and mash with a fork to create a slightly chunky mix.
- Dice onions, chillis and fresh coriander and add to the bowl.
- Squeeze in the lime and add a generous amount of salt.
Stir well then serve, scoop and enjoy with our favourite Crackers!
