Our version of the perfect Guacamole!

Loaded with fresh ingredients, this creamy avocado dip is a healthy snack you'll crave and love! This is our version of Guacamole and we have found it's perfect companion - the crispiest chickpea & paprika crackers!

For the guacamole all you need is:

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 small chillis
  • 1 onion
  • a handful of fresh coriander
  • 1 lime
  • Salt

  1. Scoop the avocados out of their skins, removing the stones.
  2. Place the avocados into a bowl and mash with a fork to create a slightly chunky mix.
  3. Dice onions, chillis and fresh coriander and add to the bowl.
  4. Squeeze in the lime and add a generous amount of salt.

Stir well then serve, scoop and enjoy with our favourite Crackers!
