Simple 5 minute bliss ball recipe created by Deborah Saliba
Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon cinammon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- Chocolate chips (if you want!)
- 1 sachet of Purition wholefood nutrition (Cocoa flavour)
Method
Just mix all the ingredients in a bowl & form round energy balls 😍 Leave them for a couple of minutes in the freezer to set & enjoy 👌
