LUNCH SMOOTHIE TO-GO
Next, you can try to make a smoothie for lunch. You can prepare it in the morning or take your blender with you to work (if possible). Make sure that your smoothie includes protein, fiber, healthy fats, fruit, superfoods and liquid (optional: handful of greens).
