Chocolate Banana Mousse

This mousse may have started as a simple smoothie but with a very simple recipe of 5 ingredients it didn't stay that way. Rich in flavour, full of goodness, vegan and free from refined sugar, it makes an easy and quick dessert of breakfast option. 

Serves 4-5

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup Aduna Super-Cacao Powder
2 cups oats
3 cups water
1 cup banana, mashed 
1 tsp cinnamon 
1 tsp ground nutmeg
pinch of salt

METHOD:

Place all the ingredients in a food processor/blender. Mix well unftil they form a smooth mixture. Pour into ramekins and place in the fridge overnight.

Remove from the fridge and top up with any toppings of your choice or sprinkle some cacao powder
