6 Smoothie Recipes

Smoothies are a great way to inject an extra dose of health into your lifestyle and we're inviting you for 6 days of the most delicious smoothies! Here are some of our favourite recipes that you can use for inspiration. 

Getting started..

Start your smoothie with a meaningful liquid base, followed by a chosen fruit (Banana is a great base flavour for any smoothie, and will give you a lovely creamy texture) and a clean protein powder to add to it. 

Milk: You can add any type of milk as your smoothie base, but we do recommend plant based milk (oat, coconut or almond milk). 

Protein: Make sure to add a clean, natural, plant based protein powder to your smoothie. We add Purition because it is a combination of real food ingredients – and by that we mean seeds and nuts, providing a complete base for a clean smoothie. Raw Sport is our favourite to add post workout. 

So here are our favourite 6 recipes! Enjoy.

Protein Iced Coffee

(Breakfast Smoothie)

40g (4 scoops) Purition Coffee & Walnut
1 cup of your favorite milk
1 teaspoon of coffee
A handful of ice

Creamy Banana Smoothie

(Breakfast, Meal Replacment)

40g (4 scoops) Macadamia & Vanilla Purition
1 cup of milk or milk alternative
1 banana (frozen if available)

1 tbs Chia Seeds (optional)

Raw Sport Recovery Shake

(Post workout)

33g Raw Sport Elite Protein
250ml Oat Milk
1/2 Banana

* Turn your post workout protein smoothie into a meal replacment/breakfast by adding oats, avocado, hemp seeds, chia seeds, peanut butter ect.. to qualify as a healthy meal replacment with added fats and carbs.

Strawberry Meal

(Breakfast, Lunch or snack)

4 tbs Raw Meal replacment
400g Oat Milk
extra berries or 1 banana (optional)

Chocolate Peanut butter smoothie

(Breakfast, Meal or snack)

40g Purition Chocolate
1 Banana
1tbs Peanut butter
250ml Oat milk

*If you're looking to have a Purition smoothie as a snack, we recommend having half a portion - 20g purition and 1/2 banana.

Green Smoothie

(Breakfast, Meal or snack)

40g Purition Almond
Handful of Spinach 
250ml Oat milk
1tbs peanut butter

For all the above, combine the ingredients in a blender and blitz untill smooth.
