Our NEW Organic Veganettone is created with the same dedication as the Panettone. The very same Italian artisanal traditions are used which have passed down from 4 generations. A patient process where the sourdough is aired 3 times a day, every day of the year, and the dough is let to rise 4 times over 72 hours.Just like the first panettone ever made in Milan over 100 years ago, this one is also hand-made.
