We often get asked if Purition can only be prepared in a blender. Whilst we love the rich, creamy taste you get when blending with milk, we know that you can not always have a blender at hand. Don't worry!.. Purition can be used in different ways. Rich in protein, healthy fats and fibre, it's a deliscious 'anytime' meal you can fit around your schedule.
Here are some easy ways how you can include Purition in your diet without a blender.
Add Purition to Yoghurt
Sprinkle any Purition flavour over a serving of Greek or coconut yoghurt, grab a spoon and enjoy. So simple and perfect for a Summer breakfast, healthy afternoon snack or whenever you need that extra boost.
A busy day calls for a good breakfast, and if you're too busy to prepare anything in the morning, then prepare it the night before. Toss 50g of oats, 30g Purition, 120ml mylk, a handful of berries (anything in season) and a couple of almonds. Mix all together in a jar and leave in the fridge overnight. In the morning you'll have a lovely mix of overnight oats ready to be eaten!
Purition Energy Balls
Sweet tooth or just after a little pick me up? Try adding Purition to your favourite energy ball mix. This is a healthy alternative to highly processed sugary treats with a boost of protein, fibre and crunchiness to your standard energy balls.
Add Purition to your bowl of porridge for extra natural vitamins and minerals as well as added flavour. You can even throw in some berries, a spoon of Greek yogurt or a drizzle of honey to make it that little more special.
The Classic Purition Shake
The Original and our favourite, Purition shake! Simply put 200 - 250ml of your favourite milk into a blender and add 40g of Purition. We also love adding halfna banana, or a handful of berries or anything that tickles our fancy int the morning to enjoyt a fruity delicious and filling smoothie.
